What is your guarantee?

Satisfaction Policy:


The client will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally unless a claim of dissatisfaction about Services is initiated within five (5) days of services being provided.


If claim is initiated by client, Luaria Home Services will make changes to gain customer satisfaction or refund any unused monies collected for active project.


Luaria Home Services reserve the right to refuse any client that doesn't provide ample respect for crews and schedules. Contracts can be terminated at any time if Operations feels need to.


Refunds are given at the discretion of the office. If refunds are deemed acceptable, they will be processed within 60 days.

How do I claim a refund?

Simply contact us within 30 days with your order details and reason.

Is there a time limit on returns?

Yes, all returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we only offer refunds, not exchanges.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
