Tier 1: Standard Maintenance Lawn

• Grass Height: Under 6 inches (normal bi-weekly or weekly growth).

• Equipment Needed: Standard zero-turn or commercial walk-behind / push mower.

• Scope: Single-pass cut, edge, string trim (weed-eating), and hard surface blow-down.

Tier 2: Heavy Growth Surcharge (Overdue / Off-Schedule)

• Grass Height: 6 to 10 inches (missed 3–4 weeks, moderate thick growth).

• Why it costs more: Requires a double pass (first at full deck height to knock it down, second at standard cut height), causes heavy bagging or thick clipping dispersal, and requires double the blowing/weed-eating time around fences and edges.

• Equipment Impact: High deck adjustments, deck cleaning, additional fuel.

Tier 3: Overgrowth Restoration (Initial Cleanups & Neglected Properties)

• Grass Height: 10+ inches (jungle conditions, hidden debris risk, thick weeds/stalks).

• Why it costs more: High risk of hitting hidden hazards (rocks, roots, metal, debris), severe strain on belts and blades, requires commercial high-horsepower walk-behind/self-propelled equipment, weed-whacking heavy stalks, and significant debris raking/haul-off.

• One-time "Initial Reset Cut" fee (typically $120–$180+ depending on lot size) before reverting to a regular Tier 1 recurring contract rate.
